The webinar discussed 5 simple ways to lower your A1C as follows:

  2. For pre-diabetes and patients, A1C should be less than 6.4%, and ideally less than 5.7%
  3. 30 min exercise 5x a week (10K steps/exercise)

  5. Get enough sleep >6.5 to 7.5 hours per night
