Establish a Long-term Exercise Plan

Doing exercises is one of the best way to treat diabetes.

Before you start, you may wish to make a long-term exercise plan and establish goals so that you have rules to follow. Let the exercises become more effective.

At least 3-5 moderate training exercises per week

30-45 minutes each time, 150 minutes per week

Increase the time and method of doing exercise, e.g. stairs climbing

Goal: Burn 1,000 kcal per week, or walk an average 8,000 – 10,000 steps per day
