To continue with the 1st episode, we will introduce details to understand more tips drinking Lowsutea, and what snack to eat for pre-diabetes or diabetes. Let’s see what is discussed in the 2nd episode!

Q: People with pre-diabetic or diabetes like to drink tea. What should they pay attention when making Lowsutea? Does it require any steeping skills?

The best ratio for making Lowsutea is to use 250ml of water with 5g of tea. For those who want to lower their blood sugar levels, it is recommended to drink 6 cups of 250ml Lowsutea every day, and drink one cup (250ml) before and after each meals.
